Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Just curious... Found this on ebay. Does anyone know anything about this lamp? It is a 10" rocket lamp, base has small pin holes around rim. Did lava lite make them this small? What is it called?

This was the smaller version of the Starship, unofficially the starship 3 that came out in 2010, I believe. Featured an 8oz (since discontinued) accent globe - most did not flow well or were very cloudy. They were short lived and came in the black finish only.

Thanks for the info. Never seen one so small. Are they rare since they have been discontinued?

Mine works just like a typical China made lamp

I think I paid $15 on ebay

Pretty worthless without the top cap

I picked on of these up years ago on sale for $5 at kmart. They are just 8 oz globes with plastic legs.

First I have heard about the mini starship lamps, certantly a novelty one

TBH at first i though the seller had a standard starship and didn't get there measurements right.
