So I recently purchased a custom cool lava lamp and it arrived cloudy which wasn’t really an issue. But after the second run it start the become hazy inside of the globe. Is this an issue that will be fixed throughout time or is it permanent?
any type of opinion would be greatly appreciated:)

Hazy residue inside the globe? It will not fix itself, you would have to open the globe, drain the fluid, wipe the inside down, and refill.
Not worth it for a new globe, plus it leaves Lava Lamp with no accountability for selling faulty products.
If you contact LL directly they will probably send a replacement globe.
That’s what I had in mind too. Will I have to send them my original globe? How would it work? Thanks btw

Contact Susan at Lava Lamp, I don't have her number. She will probably have you send her a picture of your receipt and then send the replacement globe. I had one replaced and that is how we proceeded. I didn't have to send the defective globe back either. I think that most of the time they don't ask for the defective globe to be returned but you never know.

Ill try my luck and see if I get her lol i've been hearing a lot about her!
Hopefully they wont make me send it back. Ill keep you guys updated tomorrow when I call early in the morning.
I doubt if you will have to send it back actually, it's cheaper for them on shipping to let you keep the old globe.

Yeah that makes sense because it’ll be a process that’s deff not worth it? I sent them an email and will try to contact Susan tomorrow morning hopefully lol. Let’s see what they say

Please follow up and let us know as I was going to order a new custom grande and this was a fear I was having. Some have gotten very nice clear ones, you have not. Thus inconsistent quality control yet again.
