Finally us Lunar, io & Rokit owners are getting some attention, Clear / White and Clear / Purple are the choices.

Pretty boring if you ask me, how about a choice of Red, White or Blue etc.

So it turns out the clear purple is cloudy, not off to a very good start again, now I’m wondering what will be wrong with both of my replacements, the clear white was crystal clear and flowed great but the black debris in the wax was so noticeable.

Yea please do, my second Clear / White arrived today and yep it’s slightly cloudy AND cherry on the cake is, it has black debris in the wax!!! 

Still no sign of my replacement clear purple, watch this space for an update.

I miss the days of getting excited to receive my Mathmos orders but now it’s like ok what’s going to be the problem with this one?.

It appears they can’t even be bothered to print a barcode label and stick it to the replacement boxes!! So sloppy !! 

Ladies at the post office must be sick of the sight of me, I only ever go there to drop off Mathmos returns and over the last couple of years there has been so many.

I returned my clear/white one due to cloudy fluid, apparently they're going to be sending my replacement now so hopefully will be able to give it a go soon.

Good luck, I hope yours arrives ok, I’m on my second replacement and it has issues so 3 Clear white bottles with issues so far, not very good if you ask me.

I don’t know why Mathmos don’t put this way up arrows and fragile handle with care on the shipping boxes, all bottles have arrived looking like a cloudy snow globe.

when yours arrives the first thing I would check is the underside of the wax & look for black debris, all 3 have had black debris.

Still waiting for  second clear purple replacement, hopefully it will be ok.
