Wanting to get into customization, and I have a few questions.

Hello everyone!

So long story short, me and my boyfriend are very interested in making custom lava lamp bases. We want to paint them with all sorts of neat art and stuff like that!

What kind of paints do you recommend that will be totally heat-safe on our end?

unless the base material is in direct connection with the bulb, almost any paint will do
these are all spray cans
