Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Lava in one long blob.....

I was wondering what would make the lava go into one long blob from top to bottom of globe. It's been heating for hours but will not change shape. What is the problem? Thanks.

It is called convection that is what they are supposed to do

My hubby loves Columning! I prefer blobs & babies. Definitly try a clear or higher wattage bulb, it will do the trick!
