Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I've got some Haggerty lamps that are really starting to cloud up. Are there any recommendations on how to clear up the cloudiness?

I've read the How To Fix Cloudy Lava Lamps Page (https://oozinggoo.ning.com/page/cloudy), though I don't know how up-to-date or even relevant it still is. The ceramic filtering device mentioned, the MSR MiniWorks not-EX version seems to be unavailable at all places. Are there any other suggestions for filtering devices?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Me too if u find solutions

You could try cycling the lamp like 2 hours on one hour off (maybe only half an our off...the wax has to stay liquid while the flow is stopped) for a week or two...if you use a timeswitch probly only a few days. It doesnt work for all haggerty formulae but with this technique I managed to make my 90`s 52Oz crystal clear again...and it was as bad as it gets as i kicked it over during full flow and it dropped to the floor from about a 1,20metres ...looked like purple cream cheese.good luck
