Average running time for giant and grande lamps

Hey all!  Just wondering those that have Giants and Grande lamps, how long do you run your lamps at a time. 
I have read that smaller lamps 32 and 52 oz lamps should not be run longer than 10 hours at a time. 
Any info would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

That's true about the 23 and 52 oz globes, I have run my grande's for about 12 hours + and I think that's the best time to run them for - that way you get the best flow out of them and not over heat / run them.
