Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Crestworth/mathmos lava lamp identification and help needed please

I recently bought a Crestworth/mathmos lava lamp at a car boot sale and could do with some advice on how to get it flowing again? I think it's supposed to be a metallic red colour but has some how become separated and obviously cloudy :(
Ty in advance :)

Hmmmmm. Do you know specifically which model you have bought? Is the base copper, silver or black? Is this a large 52oz sized classic Astro sized lamp or smaller? How long have you had the lamp switched on? Sometimes they can take a couple of hours to start flowing if they've been dormant a while.

its a astro baby , the bottle could have been clear / red, you can buy a new bottle direct from mathmos website, i doubt you'll be able to do anything with the cloudy liquid in that

Same as Jerome and Johnny said... very lucky find Sarah.

some of the old crestworth run on just water and surfactant, if anything else fails you can try that.
