Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hello

I have a Crestworth Nordic in Silver, Glitter type.

I have a quick question about the top.

I've seen some that have tops that come off and the bottle has a plastic cap type thing on it.

But mine has a screw on top(the entire top/lid of the lamp screws off to open it)

Is this normal for this lamp?

Have a crestworth lamp..also does the same thing. Copper lid attached to the black screw down lid inside.  But have seen what you are talking about in some eBay ads from UK.

originaly most would have what is known as the T shape screw bottle top ( black ) normaly there glued into the copper or sliver lamp caps ( top part ) some will come out with age others stick like sh.t to a blanket LOL there a bugger to remove if glued in as the copper/sliver bit can damage easy
