Got this guy on ebay last week. Almost done now, just waiting on my glitter replacement to arrive! This little guy was in rough shape when it arrived.

pretty much all i did was drill some holes on the base and ran a zip tie to hold down the new candelabra socket. I know there is probably a better way of doing this, but it was in such bad shape I did not think it would matter much anyways lol.
Yes please share you modifications. Would pick one up if I could do this, as I also admire these clocks. Two for one, a clock and a motion lamp! Very nice.
Hello, yes these are beautiful indeed! I got this off of Ebay in VERY bad shape. The clock motor had been replaced by someone and no longer worked, so i replaced it with an quarts movement. I had also added a third bulb socket to illuminate the dial better.
Nice one!
Got two of these over here, across the Pond, with suitable voltage/frequency converters
Beautiful pieces, yes?….
May I ask, please?, yours looks to have had an electronic upgrade - mine have no second hands, and more importantly, I think yours has an extra central bulb to illuminate the dial (Jonas's one has this I think?) If you ever have time, I'd love to know how to do it!
