Picked this up last week and garage sell for nothing!  Was caked on with years of cigarette smoke and residue, was actually on someone's bar.  Took it all apart and cleaned it inside out.  Put back together, new bulb, and works perfect.  Is an original David Krys lamp from 97-98.
