Lamps arrived very cloudy what can I do please?

Hi everyone, I bought a set of Waltham skittle lava lamps which were pefecty clear on the photo. However, they've arrived very, very cloudy. What can I do to clear them please? Do I leave them then run them? I don't want to take the contents out of the bottles, will they clear on their own?

Hi if they were bought brand new I would return them or contact the seller and ask there advice, if it was an ebay purchase I would also contact the seller to see what they have to say, the purple one should never have been sent out with bits of wax floating around in it.

They were secondhand. It's encouraging to hear that Bohdan's cleared up after a few weeks of running, he's got the same set as these, so hopefully there's a chance.
