Hey guys,
Just found an awesome glitter lamp and decided to buy it.
Could anyone give me some info about it?:)
I havent seen many glitter lamps with this kind strands and color.
Regards,

Its a Hunter.
It was doing some online research several years ago to restore a grimy and cloudy old Hunter lava lamp from a charity shop that I discovered OG and the world of collecting !!!
Great! haha
Just another thing.. I read the following:
" The Hunter glitter products often are solvent based and contain strip stand like glitter. The glitter lamps very rarely stand the test of the time as the glitter is often turned transparent from the solvent. "
Do you think the glitter will fade quickly with daily use?

Daily should be fine but I would advise not to let it overheat and only use a 25w bulb.
Lava Hunters come up frequently on ebay, I would say a full and clear strand glitter one is rare especially in violet.
if its the fast moving liquid then Like aladdin said use a 25watt or better a 15watt which you'll have to ebay find one, and never top the bottle up with water or dye etc as it will cloud the fluid on the fast liquid
I suggest a 15-watt bulb, and don't use it constantly. Yes, use can eat the silvering off the glitter. If it ever does do that, Kirk makes refills with strip glitter. Yours has the longer strip glitter, and I think Kirk's is similar but not identical; I don't think he can replicate Hunter's other strip glitter, which looks like chrome eyelashes.
