Dose anyone have a link for replacement bottle caps?

I have a few old Crestworth bottles with broken Tcaps that I want to replace with regular screw caps.

The 'Dead Man's Fingers' rum bottle caps fit, but I can't keep using that as an excuse to buy more rum :)

Marcel, can you confirm if the inserts on your caps are plastic or foam?

I might buy a kit one day, but having too much fun making my own at the moment.

Just have a shortage of suitable caps!

I think the plastifoam is okay though (the common thin plastic inserts tend to melt a little!), so will probably order a few to try.
