Recent finds!

Hey all, hope everyone safe and doing well.  Just dropping a note to my recent acquisitions.  Picked up a Alien head Lava lamp minus the black plastic cap, for 20 bones!  Just picked up a Nightmare before Christmas Lava lamp in excellent condition from Huge Nightmare collector for 125 bones.  Thought these were great deals!  Pics to come. Just picked up a Clear/Red silver rocket for 10 bones.  Found it on Facebook marketplace!  Excellent condition, will post pics.

Claude, don't feel bad, was on the longest losing streak with Craigslist, offer up, let go, then wham all of a sudden the heavens opened and all this came raining down at once, these 3 finds were basically within 2 week period!  So hang in there, I know you vigilant, it will pay off.  Good luck!

Nice. I'm finding that Starships are becoming really collectible the older they get. Nothing like them. A friend of mine bought one on Ebay for $80 last year that was in excellent condition.

Ebay driving me crazy with these sky high prices!  Can not believe what some of these lamps are going for.

Well, I know they can get outrageous with those prices.  But, just because something is old don't mean it's worth a mint!  Getting older and getting further into collecting, you start going for quality of lamps vs. quantity of lamps.  I would rather have fewer prized lamps vs. tons of junk sitting around collecting dust and becoming a nightmare (no pun intended, with recent purchase) to get rid of!  There are probably about five on ebay I am watching that one might give their right arm for, in regards to rarity and times they do become available on the open market, am sure you know which I am referring to Claude.  Well, all we can do is wait on watch where the prices go and take advantage of the opprutinites given us.
