Does anyone know if I will have to do anything special to a brick of parrafin wax to get it to work properly in a lamp?

That is a long hard road that took us 4 months and $10,000 to perfect
No,
There are plenty of recipes on this site.
Most will use PERC (Brakleen/dry cleaning fluid) as a substitute for the chemical that makes wax heavier than water.
Our store will be open to BETA testers within a few weeks as we perfect our recipe
After that LavaLabCreations.com store for lava accessories will go live.
Our first batch of chemicals arrived this week and we are working on heating up the first batch right now to see how the recipe is transformed to this particular barrel of Chem (since all vary in intensity)
Below is a 55GALLON BARREL OF LIQUID GOLD FOR LAVA LAMPS
Cost is @$22++ per gallon

So basically without Magma Tower were screwed?
$22.00 USD per gallon
And the fact we have any at all is a small miracle,
1) Almost all of this ingredient is sitting on boats in harbors
2) it is not currently made in the USA
3) you usually need a commercial address for delivery and a specific business type to get someone to even sell you this ingredient (which we were able to circumvent)
Check you PMs
