Taken a few attempts but have at present got it flowing with the original wax + added some mathmos wax to top it up, ive made new fluid non toxic or dangereous ( mainly water ) one drop of  washing up liquid and little of melted sugar ( used this trick for years on slow lamps )  the bulb is a standard type and size with a halogen bulb in side box said 55watt so see how it goes.

Also managed to unstick the bottle lid and copper cap this will give the option of getting another bottle to make a glitter bottle at a later date, thank fully after placing the copper cap in a boiling pan of water on top of a plastic lid ( so not to heat damage the cap ) the lid glue softened and of come the copper part with no damage :-)
