What is this? On eBay France, Crestworth Glitterlite without pedestal

Item number 192187744396

Is this some early export model?

i noticed that few days ago, its a strange item, pedestal base bottom but nordic de-luxe on it and a push button knob, very strange never seen it before

Could it be a Cosmos with a shortened ("personalised") staff?

I've seen this too. I reckon the owner has removed the stalk to make it fit under a shelf or something. It's a tidy mod but completely ruined it's value in my opinion

possible but how many cosmos have you seen with a push button switch on the base, if its is a modification looks very cleanly done
