I know what you're gonna say. I should have known better. I did know better. Any Lava brand lamp made post-2003 is dicey at best. Well, I'm happy to report that I've actually had pretty good luck with purchasing new 17" lamps. I picked up a couple from the Schylling website last week made in 2019 that both look and function just fine.

I've bought 9 lamps in the past 2 days.

Good news, I've now completed my life's goal, one that I call Rach's Clear Rainbow. I have also achieved all of the Safari lamps (that I know of)(except for Chocolate but who cares) so that's awesome and I feel awesome.

Bad news, I'm now penniless, and I'm pretty sure that I need actual mental help. So that sucks and I feel terrible.

So i cannot find a goo kit ANYWHERE. Magma Towers is and has been out of stock. I spoke to them 2 weeks ago and he told me that they will restock by the end of last week and that they were having some problems with their suppliers. And here it is 2 weeks later and still out of stock. They are apparently the only ones on this planet that make/made them. I can't find even the mention of one anywhere. Someone please prove me wrong. There must be a goo kit out there for me somewhere.

A listing popped up for a Midnight, pink/clear, with base and cap in good condition. Price: $15. Selling for heavy discount because "Lava doesn't flow."
